Our HBS Cases Never Mentioned This... At Marshall, we covered a HBS case about Jollibee, a Filipino fast food chain, and how they decided to enter the US market. Thanks to pal JW, I would never have learned that was a serious omission in the case. The case never mentioned, not even once, the fact that Jollibee has an amazing dancing mascot, as evidenced here:
