Ice-Fili, Revisited It must be that time of year again, when business school professors assign the Harvard business case on Ice-Fili to their students...and people email me for help. I could tell you to think about distribution channels or brand differentiation or all this other stuff, but if you really want to get an idea of the ice cream market in Russia, my advice on the case is this: Find yourself a Russian friend. Now.
