He Got Game...Or Not While I am "on hiatus," I have been watching a lot of TV. And I do mean a lot. I don't understand why people say that television isn't educational, because it is. I have learned so much from watching the television for hours at a time. For example:
TV on Saturday sucks.
There is a lot of bad programming on the TV. A lot.
There is no point in TiVo-ing anything on MTV because if you miss anything they will replay it 5 million times.
You may have been watching too much TV if you've seen every episode of every show -- twice.
A nugget of wisdom from Blow Out: "Don't get involved in the drama."
I just finished watching an episode of Pimp My Ride where some Vietnamese kid needed his Nissan tricked out to look like a car from the "Need for Speed" game. Geez. I'm convinced that there is some conspiracy to portray Asian dudes as poor saps who are desperately in need of game, with an emphasis on "desperate." So sad.
